WHAT IS A PUBLIC ADJUSTER?
Public adjusters are the only type of insurance adjuster that works specifically and only for you, the policyholder. We advocate on behalf of the policy holder to ensure you receive a fair settlement.
NEIGHBORS HELPING NEIGHBORS.
As former residents of Cape Coral, we understand the tremendous impact Ian has had on the SWFL coastal community.
We are one of the most experienced disaster recovery teams in all of the Gulf Coast, and we are excited to bring our experience back to the community.
WHAT DO WE DO?
The insurance company has an entire team of experts on hand to determine your claim value. We balance the scales as your team.
We perform a comprehensive claim analysis to determine the proper scope of work and costs of restoration.
The burden of proof is on the policyholder to prove your claim. We work with our team of experts to prepare a proper claim demand.
We work with the insurance company to ensure the agreement of proper coverages, scope of work, and the true cost of recovery.
We are professional resolutionists. We advocate for our client’s position, and then professionally negotiate and settle the claim.
WHY PHOENIX CLAIMS CONSULTING?
We are a family owned and operated public adjusting firm and one of the only ones in the southern Florida area with international experience in highly complex losses.
Neighbors helping Neighbors: Cape Coral was our home; we have witnessed our friends and neighbors experience the impact of Hurricane Ian just as your families did. We are here to help.
We have over 50 years of combined experience as public adjusters.
We have represented Judicial and Executive branches of state governments, power utilities, airport facilities, city and county governments, warehouses, shopping centers, homeowner associations, executive and waterfront residential properties and more for their Hurricane Claims.
Since just the 2017 storm season with Hurricanes Irma and Maria, where our team worked in the Caribbean and southern Florida to Hurricanes Michael, Laura, Sally, Delta thru Iota, last year’s Ida – our efforts to assist in recoveries have impacted thousands of insureds. Our impact on these claims is currently tracking in excess of an additional $300M in recovery effort.
We have multiple high-rise condominiums that various attorneys, contractors and associations have referred us to represent over the last few years, we are especially attuned to the dynamics of associations and their board of directors.
The scope of our projects has allowed us to create a network of experts and resources who are nationally recognized; many are considered among the very best in their respective fields of forensic engineering, building envelope expert, architects, facility & building consultants, construction consultant meteorologists, 3rd party evaluators and so forth.
Our model is to develop a comprehensive claim presentation initially to establish the claim’s scope of work and proper valuation of damages that would be the same as if it was being presented in a court of law. Our focus is to ensure that the insurance company has everything they need to make proper payment and settlement of the loss without the need for such extra efforts.
Our experience in forecasting these issues and addressing them preemptively with the claim investigation is paramount to an expeditious resolution and maximizing the utility of the funds that will be recovered.
Our ultimate goal is to advocate on your behalf and navigate the complicated waters of the adjustment process so that in the end, your property is as it was before or better.
